No long-term contracts. There's a 3-month minimum after setup (so we have time to make sure everything is working), then it's month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice.
No IT person needed, ever. For appliance deployments we install a small low-power device on your network — hardware is billed at cost (~$130–165). Many automations run entirely in the cloud with no hardware at all.
We monitor your systems remotely every month and handle fixes as part of your retainer. You won't be calling a generic tech support line — you'll call us directly, and we'll know exactly what's running in your business.
A full-time hire costs $40,000–$80,000/year plus benefits, and you'd be paying them whether or not there's anything to fix. Nimbusworks is a flat monthly retainer — you get expert-level work without the overhead, and we only charge for what we agreed to.
Most of our clients already have something — a POS system, Google Workspace, Square, or QuickBooks. We work with what you have. If you need a new tool it's usually free or under $20/month, and you pay for it directly — it never touches our invoice.
